Health Insurance

We offer a comprehensive health insurance program for employees and their families. Employees are eligible for health benefits beginning on the first day of employment. We understand that health insurance can be expensive, that is why we pay 50% of the employees premiums.

401k Retirement Plan

All full time employees who have completed 6 months of employment are eligible for the LyncStream 401k Retirement plan. The plan offers the following contribution matches.

• 100% match on the first 3% contributed
• 50% match on the next 2% contributed
• 4% total match if employee contributes a total of 5% or more

Paid Gym Membership

In order to encourage healthy lifestyles LyncStream offers to pay the personal Gym membership of full time employees. The membership costs are covered up to $60 dollars a month.
